Shipping can take anywhere from 4-7 business days. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address listed on your order within 3 business days from the original order date

Yes all packages will require a signature. Packages are shipped via USPS 2 day priority mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a note should be left by your mail carrier with instructions to schedule redelivery. Mimi Sha’ar Virgin hair company is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. We highly suggest the purchase of additional insurance to protect your precious package during shipping.

Hair bundles are virgin which mean that hair is still in its natural state. The color of our hair would be most comparable to 1b, it can be colored to match almost any hair color, please refer to the product description when purchasing your hair for more details.

It is highly recommended that all hair be co-washed before installation. For the best results, add a bottle of our sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to your shopping cart.
